We at Plazmalab.cz are based in Prague at The Czech Republic.

If you order within the Czech republic, we send you package within 2 working days and you should get your package within 2-3 working days.

For the rest of the EU your package should arrive maximum within a week.

There is no extra tax for VAT as we send from within the EU.

1. If the mode of transport is negotiated on the basis of a specific request by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the risk and any additional costs associated with that mode of transport.

2. If the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to receive the goods upon delivery.

3. In the event that due to reasons on behalf of the Buyer it is impossible to deliver the goodsthe Buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of the goods, respectively. costs associated with other delivery methods.

4. Upon accepting of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the quality of the packaging of the goods and in case of any defects notify the carrier immediately. In case of a demmage to the package, the buyer is not obliged to accept the shipment from the carrier.

5. Prepayment - The Seller sends the ordered goods within 2 days after the given amount is credited to the account.

6. CZ personal pick-up – Packetery -Seller sends ordered goods within 2 days after payment in advance. If you choose to pay COD, no later than the next working day.

7. Personal collection at the PlazmaLab Storage, U Havlíčkových sadů 5, Praha 2, 120 00 - 0 CZK - The buyer can choose a personal pick-up at the branch. This way of placing your order is free. In this case, no fees are charged for the selected payment method (prepay, cash, card). Ordered goods are ready for collection immediately. The buyer is informed by e-mail, sms message, or by phone when it is possible to pick up the order.
